Document Style Conventions

The group continued to apply section 1.2 style conventions to the rest of the cmi5 spec.

The group approved the following pull request to apply style changes for Section 1.2 to sections 8.1:

The group reviewed the following sections to apply the style conventions. (Pull Request pending):

• 9.1 Statement ID
• 9.2 Actor
• 9.3 Verbs
• 9.3.1 Launched
• 9.3.2 Initialized
• 9.3.3 Completed
• 9.3.4 Passed

Next week the group will resume at section 9.3.5 Failed
