xAPI Profile Server/Specification

The group continued its discussion of updating the cmi5 profile with the goal of making it reflect the cmi5 specification as closely as possible with the xAPI Profile specification. (Noting that xAPI profile specification cannot fully express the cmi5 specification in a xAPI profile)

The group walked thru the process for updating the cmi5 profile on the xAPI Profile server and reviewed existing "concepts" walked thru editing a statement pattern for abandoned. The existing functionality of the profile server appears to unwieldly for a group review process at this time. The group decided to continue the review/update process with a JSON LD file hosted on this github (https://github.com/adlnet/xapi-authored-profiles/tree/master/cmi5/v1.0)

Once the profile is fully completed, it will be transferred the xAPI Profile Server. The group also expects to develop notes indicating which functionality is NOT described in the cmi5 profile to inform profile users and identify (future) improvements for the xAPI Profile Specification.
