Topics discussed:

• CLA questions (basically this is an IEEE problem with not updating – they are being received fine)
• Access to GitHub, other resources have been delayed with the standup of the Open Source being delayed
• Objectives in the Core Structure Format were discussed as far as industry adoption and implementation by LMSs
• Talked about Derived requirements, revisit these next meeting to document
  • There are requirements about the object being “correct” - reconcile with those about id (9.4.0.0.?)
  • There are requirements that are derived “LMS must reject” that make sense and should be included (9.5 series)
  • There are requirements that seem to let the LMS change values, when it should instead be rejecting a Statement (9.5 series)
    • Even moreso because the Statements are MADE by the LMS
• Stopped at the 9.6 series
