Crowbot

https://github.com/servo/crowbot/ is an app running on jdm's free heroku instance with one node.js dyno. It uses a GITHUB_AUTH environment variable to authenticate with a personal github account (in the form email:token).

Sometimes the bot disappears from IRC but heroku reports that the dyno is still up. In this case, heroku ps:restart is enough to make crowbot start working again.
