1. Meeting from 10am-2pm ET. Demo by Born Digital for work they have completed.

2. Problems all stemming from needing Java 11. In ISLE land make a separate box for the Java 11 stuff. Danny needs this somewhat working by the end of the week.

5. Captions test update, see issue https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/1003.

   Applied patch, get a new field type called Media Track (sp?).

   Little bit of funkiness, patch did not have the correct template for Bartik. Eli fixed that and then tried adding a node and media.

   If you add the captions to the original file, it is not displayed as the Service file is the one being displayed. So you need to wait and add it to that file, or add it to both.

   Patch uses the Drupal languages for multi-lingual support which may not be a good solution, but is what they've done.

   This is a patch of Drupal core, which is not moving or getting much attention. Do we write separate code and then hope this gets into Drupal core? Seth doesn't think there would be to many conflicts if written correctly, Danny notes that machine names need to be unique (ie. changed from the original).

   Eli is going to re-roll the Drupal patch with fixes for the Bartik theme and hopefully that will get some attention/action from the Drupal community. In the interim he will document how he patched Drupal to get captions if someone is so inclined.

Roundtable:

• Eli is having a problem where Modeshape is storing items in memory when retrieving from S3, this is causing crashes on large files. Jared suggested that the Modeshape community might have a fix.
