Minutes

1. Looking for Islandora CLAW workshop ideas for Islandoracon 2019. They'll go into a survey for community votes in the new year.

2. Making derivative media types configurable. PR is going, but it needs some coding standard fixes. Nat has tested. This fixes where derivative creation assumes that the thing you're feeding it is the thing it should be (image-> image, etc). This lets you configuration, so video -> image is possible. Also, Crayfish needs to be updated to point to the newer Chullo.

3. Altering rdf:type using Context. Configure how you alter rdf based on a configurable field. Any field that provides a list of predicates. Just text - not a list of uris. Needs testing. Other great stuff is coming down the pipe for handling RDF, getting us to nearly where we need to be.

4. A bunch of improvement for 7.x-> CLAW migration. It pulls what it can from Solr (faster!). It can and does parse FOXML when it must. makes taxonomy terms from all your subjects, corporate bodies, etc. Also pulls over all audit datastreams. There are 2 config-altering PRs linked to the issue that are needed for the new stuff to work. Also some changes to handle PIDs so we can disambiguate between "identifier" and the things it can mean. Now there's a PID field. Danny is checking in to see if this direction sounds ok or if he should change course before making more changes. Also changing Preservation Master to Original File. 5. Documentation on migrating with CSVs is complete. Needs a read by target audience and by experts. It's long and very detailed, but should be enough information to get most typical users into CLAW.

Other topics: Jared has a Syn PR and noticed that we have issues with Syn's JW standard claims, so it's looking for the wrong things. Jared has added this to his PR, but can pull them out to their own PR if folks want.
