Routine: Tag

Syntax:

- 'tag.{entity}.{tagname}': '{#tagvalue}'

Description: Tags an entity with the specified tag name. If a value is not specified for the tag, it defaults to 0.Tagging can used to retain information outside of the scope of an event and/or to reduce the number of evaluations necessary for an event. Tagging is used in tandem with the tagging conditional.
