• Now the app ensures the custom position grid only contains unique positions. This prevents elevation +/-90deg to have multiple azimuths as they would all have the same cartesian coordinate, as reported on #issue8.

Changelog:

• Include optional custom position grid. A custom equiangular grid can be defined at the new "Advanced" tab via custom control over azimuth and elevation ranges and resolution. The new positions (not generated by the neural network) are calculated using bilinear interpolation where the requirements for this algorithm are met, the remaining positions are set via nearest neighbor interpolation.
