Verify that version 9.11 (R2021b) of the MATLAB Runtime is installed.
If not, the standalone application will automatically install this for you.

Alternatively, download and install the Windows version of the MATLAB Runtime for R2021b
from the following link on the MathWorks website.

NOTE: You will need administrator rights to run the MATLAB Runtime installer.

NOTE: It is expected that the standalone version is considerably slower than the app running directly on Matlab. No changes were made to the neural networks or other post-processing steps in this version. Output transfer functions should be very similar between the two versions.
