Various corrections and an update to tag type references:
• Ticket #51: Data type enhancements. Types ( ai, bi, ao, bo, c etc. ) are now 1st class entities and not attributes of a point. For example:
• Ticket #45: New 'WhenUnableToRead' action on a point
• Ticket #44: all times are now consistently in milliseconds from Epoch
• Ticket #35 / #18: corrections on data types for various message fields
• Various minor protocol document enhancements and corrections
