Like many kadas, this one takes advantage of each part of a tonna separately to make a dish that tastes completely different.

A perfectly cooked tonna. These soft milky insides are oozing from the sides!
Interesting how extra effort can result in a different taste and an even more enticing presentation.

A kada made out of the 
aya virma ivy. Tastes nice until you realise that it fooled you. Again.
Soury virma cream and succulent juices make this an especially interesting dish to taste, including the tentacle parts.
