1 Setup enviroments

Coppy .env.example to .env cp .env.example .env

2 Add Stripe key and Secret to the file

3 Install dependencies

composer install && npm install

4 Generate a new key

php artisan key:generate

5 Run your app

php artisan serve - Good Luck
