Fulfilling some requirements from CBI

This release is ready for me to share its output with my fellow navigation students at Community Boating, Inc. (CBI). It adds 2 features that they requested:

1. Change year to 2015 (can change back to 2016 upon request)
2. Hide the solutions upon request

It can also use a hard-coded random seed upon request, for repeatability, so that the hidden solution output can be viewed alongside the exact same output with solutions revealed.
