Branches of this project

Hi HPC-NOW fellows,

As you may noticed, there are 3 active branches in this project:

• master
• development
• dev-0.3.x

Here are brief introductions to these 3 branches.

• master: the stable branch, validated commits would be merged to this branch
• development: the active development branch, validated commits would be merged to this branch actively
• dev-0.3.x: the current active branch, there might be unstable features or codes
