v0.0.3 Feature complete (tm) added runplan, logging

What's Changed

• Now the simulation data is logged (currently agent counts and us/them strategy combinations, it will be refactored eventually)
• You can now run a suite of simulations with varying environment properties (right now the iterations are coded in, but this also will need refactoring)
• Code quality down, sanity down, deadline approaches 🚮🔥
