* Remove vite bundling and map package exports directly to original css files * Remove exported combination of preflight and enhancements in favor of separate exports

This PR contains changes staged for the first major release of
css-preflight:css-preflightbare import now only imports the preflight file, no longer the added enhancements. Those can be imported separately usingcss-preflight/enhancements
