First of all, great work with the dark mode functionality. It seems very good to me. But there are some issues with the uploading projects via the csv. Since it is in the management>commands sections, it should have a dedicated Command function to run it from the command line.
You could refer to https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/5.1/howto/custom-management-commands/ for the same.
P.S. At a later stage is considered better practice if you solve issues one by one and then create pull request for the same. Also tagging the issue while creating the pull request is also important.
