Intruction and Structure of the Toolbox for Calcium Imaging Signal Processing

What is Finder Spiker ?

It is a set of MATLAB functions to infer spikes from a neural population using Calcium Imaging Data

How does it work?

It implements a deconvolution algorithm for the the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) problem statemen which is solved by SpaRSA algorithm from here for fluorescence signals of several and simultaneous recordings of neural activity.
