What does this pull request do?
Updates jQuery to v3.7.1 and jquery-ui 1.13.2, the latest available versions.
What's new?
There should be no change in functionality, just code changes to remove deprecated functions as indicated by the jquery migrate tool.
How should this be tested?
This touches a lot of things, so thorough testing is suggested.
