Should we stick to 0.0.0 or 4.18.0?
I guess 0.0.0 takes the most recent or the version which is defined in the repository tag?

I'm not really sure. I updated those since Eclipse complained that it cannot resolve the artifacts, but that may have also been some problem on my end. Maybe @PhilMFischer can tell how we should proceed here.
