@asmith-nhsx I think the draft guidelines are interesting and have prompted some interesting discussion on slack. I know that you reference them in the minutes but I feel like it would be good to either: (a) very prominently flag at the top of the draft that it's a draft and that it was prepared by X and Y department and does not represent the views of the xgov community or (b) split it into a separate PR where we can discuss the content without holding up publishing your meeting minutes |

agree with @heathd @asmith-nhsx can we split into 2 please and then the PR for the guidelines with or without a disclaimer heading and content can be discussed separately |
