Refactored the DutchFlagPartition method to use a more efficient three-way partitioning algorithm, reducing swaps and iterations. Optimized the MaxN method by replacing the sorting-based approach with a min-heap to efficiently find the largest n elements, improving time complexity from O(m log m) to O(m log n). These changes enhance performance and maintainability, particularly for large input sizes.
