FAPI TEST: rework test certificate creation

* A CA script for initializing the CA was added.
* The EK, the EK certificate and the EK fingerprint is now created
  in main-fapi.c
* The creation of the EK certificate was removed from
  fint-log-compiler.sh
* Unneeded helper programs are removed.
