This repo showcases the development of an early warning timeseries model that predicts the onset of sepsis "acute infection" in pre-term newborns. The model serves premature infants hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), in the Wilhelmina Kinderziekenhuis (WKZ) hospital in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Predicted preterm birth (PTB) in early stages of pregnancy. Identified dominant PTB risk factors using Shapley Additive Explanation (SHAP).
Design & creation of a NICU caregiver chatbot to support and educate NICU families during admission and post-discharge

Preterm Birth is defined as Premature birth that is live birth that occurs before 37 weeks of pregnancy.
Now a days in urban areas as well as rural areas, most of the pregnant women's don aware of preterm birth. Pre term birth means baby born before 37 weeks of pregnancy due to alcohol drinking, no caring and unavoidable circumstances.
