Contains changes to add docker in the Windows OVA image. Docker is only available with the
Administratoruser for now.I tried adding dockeraccesshelper module to allow its access to non-root user (
vagrant) but the changes are reverted on a restart. We will have a look at it later.The OVA is not yet created (and updated on S3) with the changes in this PR since the MAc metal instance is giving me an Insufficient Capacity error.
Errors while adding tidal images (WIP)
