GT7ShiftTone Beta - PyInstaller executable

Pyinstaller executable of GT7ShiftTone

Includes data for all currently available Gr.1, Gr.2, Gr.3 and Gr.4 cars, as well as the SF19, SF23 and X2019. For these cars the program should be plug'n'play.

Caveats

On Windows, Chrome may warn on downloading Pyinstaller executables inside zip files. Smartscreen may also trigger upon trying to launch GT7ShiftTone 0.51.exe. The code is also unsigned which may cause further warnings. Finally, the firewall will ask to allow the program internet access.

If you are aware and ok with all of this, feel free to test this release. To my knowledge, there is no convenient cross-platform method to distribute python code as executable.
