Use the post-merge commit of UMD (#15522)

### Problem description
I merged #15322 focusing so much on post-commit I missed bumping the UMD
commit to the post-squash commit ID. Now that one's at risk of being
garbage collected. Must point to one connected to `main`.

### What's changed
Different commit for UMD.  No real change.
