Do you want integrate Chemaxon Knime nodes and Jupyter Notebook?

This repo contains the knime workflows, and jupyter notebooks that used for demonstration during #ChemAxon #UGM2022

Please note that, we need valid license for ChemAxon nodes (Desktop tools & knime nodes)

Installation Steps:

1. conda env create -f caxon.yml

or you can install the required packages using pip

2. pip install knime pandas matplotlib
