Add geth clique support with dynamic chainID

• The point of the PR is to be able to proof a simple geth machine locally testing purposes
• Also some of the rollups will go for clique or similar approaches, so it can be used as inspiration for them
• I guess that the best approach would be to have a chainSpec and pass it as argument, but this could be a middle term solution

It's tested, and have some verifications on sepolia ^^
