Revised quantitation & allowed GPTMD protein databases with multiple ptmlists

Using mzLib & allow multiple databases including GPTMD

* Implemented mzLib methods for reading databases
* Restructured LoadDeconvolution to allow three load DGVs
* Allows multiple databases
* Can read GPTMD databases created in MetaMorpheus
