* remove setup scripts now that we have brew installation method; updating help screenshot * removing krew plugins from the default install of stuff

we now have an official brew tap repo, so you can do:
because of this, we're removing the support of installing these pre-reqs from the script itself, as all we were doing was using a brew file to install everything for you, but you can do that with a brew install of smol-k8s-lab itself now.
