Refractive Index / Complex Electrical Permittivity / Conductivity of monolayer MoS2
This python code calculates refractive index and/or complex electrical permittivity and/or conductivity of monolayer MoS2 as functions of wavelength (m), Fermi Energy level (eV), and temperature (K), in the visible and near-infrared parts of the electromagnetic spectrum (400 nm - 1.2 um)
