This is a project done by Shishir Lamichhane and Kunal Shankar at Washington State University as a part of course project (Elements of Network Science).

This project takes test case input from pandapower. Any test case can be given.

Then, extended electric metrics are calculated. After this, choquet integral function is called which calculate the aggregated index.

Some of the functions of net-ability is still in development as we are figuring out thw ways to deal with disconnected system which might happen when higher number of lines are damaged.
