Transcription (voice-to-text) data is taken from the voice server and is sent to the spatial chat window.
…need to remove it.
Sometimes, the voice server passes up transcribed text multiple times as it builds a partial transcription. With these changes, we ignore those incomplete transcriptions, hoping that a complete transcription is on the way.
Also, add colors for the own voice and other voice transcription. Add enable/disable for transcription.
