Fix Blocking Calls and async_add_job

this release fixes the issues with file I/O (blocking calls) and async_add_job

Fix for IR send command with parameters

Small fix for IR send command.
Appending LED , BUS and MASK parameters should work now.

Added LED, BUS and MASK parameters to IR Send Command Service

Now it is possible to address IR LEDs and single IRTrans devices (BUS) when calling IR Send Command service.
