Updated for AGU 2023. Better late than never!

Settings now all optional

• Everything in settings.ini is now optional; see README.md for defaults.
• Now gracefully handles panel discussions that are part of larger sessions.
• Simplify session table element for "papers" not being downloaded.

As usual, binary is for Apple Silicon Macs only.
