This PR is meant to add kdialog support for people running KDE Plasma desktop.
I also changed the game list to be programmatic based on the contents of the directory, as I was also trying to work on some better support for tale of two wastelands.
I had some occasional issues with Kdialog occasionally returning a bad file descriptor error, but I couldn't reproduce it reliably to diagnose, also not sure if it's just my setup.
