BJ3WC-prerelease-v1.1

Minor update, but a challenge creator is now bundled with BJ3WC!
Other updates include fixing a small grammatical error with PokerHand quests, and adding support for Balance subchallenges to modify the scale speed. Probably more, but I forgot.

The challenge creator mostly works, the only issue is sometimes file opening will mess up, and creating new files from the "New" button doesn't work correctly. If you encounter a bug in the challenge creator, report the bug, then close and reopen the program. Should work just fine.

The GUI is back!!!! And all it took was about 30 megabytes of bloat. (that's PyInstaller's fault, not mine, I swear.)
The Marathon challenge (Challenge E) has also been fixed, that one should work now.
Compiling has switched from one file to one directory because PyInstaller and multiprocessing don't like eachother very much in one file mode (infinite loop)

Otherwise, it should be mostly the same but with a prettier interface.

I couldn't find a save game manager even though I Swear I had one on this computer (probably on my corrupted hard drive)

First functional version of the app!

Does not contain a GUI, console based only as of right now.
No update checking, and not all subchallenges have been checked to see if they work. Most should, though.
Five included challenges of varying difficulties and not-so-varying names.
