Here i have used JSP as view technology

List of dependencies required :- -spring-boot-starter-actuator -spring-boot-starter-data-jpa -spring-boot-starter-web -mysql-connector-java -spring-boot-starter-test -jstl -tomcat-embed-jasper

Note:- you can also use thymleaf instead of jsp as per your requirement. Dont forget to change spring.datasource.url
