Summary
This PR is about adding a tutorial notebook on predicting electronic bandstructure of Aluminum metal using Qiskit as described in Ref. Quantum computation for predicting electron and phonon properties of solids.

Using Wannier tight-binding Hamiltonian (WTBH) approaches and Qiskit operators, we demonstrate the application of VQE and VQD to accurately predict electronic bandstructure of solid-state Aluminum.
