- Single particle deformation is supported
- Separate apps for Peridynamics simulation as a demo of creating apps
- Overhaul of reading and handling geometry details by creating a struct GeomData
- Bump cmake minimum required (we actually need cmake above 3.15)
- Bump c++ standard to 20
- Ubuntu bionic (18.04) is not supported due to c++ standard and functions such reduce not available in older gcc compilers
- Output now includes a tag that can be specified in the input yaml file
