Morning Session: open discussion on the state of annotation technology and open data use in government, tools and practices that have been implemented successfully, tools and practices currently under development, and challenges to adoption and development.
Afternoon Session: Breakouts #1 will target problems and adoption/development challenges identified in the morning, honing in on possible solutions and hacks. Breakouts #2 will develop 1-2 page scoping documents that we can walk out with to start coding up solutions.
