This change moves away from using a hostname as a key, because sometimes, within a Pod, the IP is the same i.e. 127.0.0.1, but the port will be different. This change uses the full URL instead as a key. Signed-off-by: Alex Ellis (OpenFaaS Ltd) <alexellis2@gmail.com>
