Mixed Reality AR VR

We currently support the zSpace Desktop VR, you can download a working version at:
http://openantz.com/code/msw/zspace/
- Future plans include Mixed Reality (aka AR) such as the HoloLens and custom environments using cameras and screens.
- OpenXR API (coming soon) from the Khronos Group will allow for greater VR hardware inter-operability.
- We also plan to implement VRPN.
