MathematicalProgrammingandOperationsResearch.pdf

This version is a massive overhaul from the previous version. It now has incorporated material and styles from a variety of sources. The main focus of improvements on the prior text was work on the integer programming sections. Links to code have been provided and some examples and images have been added.

Much work still needs to be done to get this to version 1.0.
