Motivation
实现根据视频回答用户问题的多模态 Demo，并在视频数据集上进行批量测试。
Modification
在projects中添加了新的模块videochat。
Use cases (Optional)
修改videochat/configs.ini中的配置项，python test.py，即可在指定的videos数据集上测试。详情见Readme.md。
