Requires ooici/pyon#512 to be merged. This PR contains a pyon submodule bump to to let builders do their thing.
This PR contains minor tweaks for EMS to match underlying container infrastructure changes in pyon.ion.exchange and a minor removal of a vestigial comms interface in TransformBase.
