Legacy version compatible with the first CLfinder-OrthNet publication (Oh and Dassanayake, 2019). Coming soon is an update with wrapper scripts CLfinder.sh, ONfinder.sh, and ONanalysis.sh to simplify the pipeline, plus iterative MCL.
