Otherwise, the `pb` would be drawn even if the user sets `verbose = FALSE` on `BayesSurvive()` (which I assume is not the intended behaviour).

func_MCMC_graph()was translated to C++. For benchmark results, see #11 (comment).Unit tests have been added, and it looks like everything is is order, but please test
cpp = TRUEandcpp = FALSEin production and open an issue if the former results look incorrect.
