This options converts the component pixel type to uint8 after scaling the input pixel range to fit with in 0-255. This makes that output suitable to many file formats.

@philipmac This feature utilized new features that will be available in SimpleITK 2.3.0 which should be release this month. Currently, the published RC can be manually downloaded from the SimpleITK repo. Currently, this is not compatible with requirements.txt which is the reason for the testing failure. |
